2018 opened with an 8% revenue increase, the strongest first quarter in the company’s 68-year history
(May 21, 2018 – BRANCHBURG, NJ) Somerville Aluminum/Bellari Design, central jersey’s largest full-service home improvement and remodeling company, proudly announces a record start to 2018 reporting the strongest first quarter in the company’s 68-year history, posting an eight percent increase in total revenue generated in January, February and March, from previous years. Among the projects contributing to the spike in winter revenue, Somerville Aluminum/Bellari Design was contracted for a large volume of window and door upgrades, as well as kitchen and bathroom renovations.

The robust pace of spending on home renovations and repairs is expected to stay strong over the coming quarters, according to the Leading Indicator of Remodeling Activity (LIRA) released in April by the Remodeling Futures Program at the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University. The LIRA projects that annual growth in homeowner remodeling expenditure will remain above 7 percent throughout the year and into the first quarter of 2019.
