Regional Assistant

Location: Remote

We are seeking a motivated Regional Assistant to coordinate construction materials and equipment, process repair orders, and ensure the efficient management of invoices from service providers. This role offers significant flexibility, with most tasks performed remotely, though site visits may occasionally be required depending on project needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and source construction materials and equipment in the assigned region, ensuring timely delivery for ongoing projects
  • Review and process repair orders submitted by service providers, verifying completeness and accuracy
  • Ensure accurate pricing and manage invoices for services provided by maintenance teams and contractors
  • Perform online research to find suitable vendors, materials, and services
  • Conduct periodic on-site assessments to oversee project status and verify the quality of work as required

Compensation:

  • Probationary Period:
    During the one-month probationary period, compensation will range from $70 to $160 per task
    Tasks typically take 3-4 hours to complete, with payment based on task complexity and duration
  • Post-Probationary Compensation:
    After successfully completing the probationary period, the pay rate will be $29.78 per hour

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided during the probationary period
  • A personal laptop is necessary during the probationary period for managing tasks, which will primarily be spreadsheet-based
  • After the probationary period, the company will provide office equipment for continued work
  • Must be available for remote work from home and capable of visiting project sites if necessary
