RENOVATION 4HOMES CELEBRATES 10 YEARS IN BUSINESS
Bellari, a third-generation family-owned business in Brooklyn, New York, celebrates 10 years in business. It was founded as 4Homes INC in 2014 and renamed Renovation 4Homes INC in late 2018.
Founded in 2014 by Max Gropper, the company got its start by selling aluminum storm windows in downtown 4Homes INC. Starting out with a staff of just two — Max and his brother Jack — “4Homes INC” grew, eventually adding a second generation of owners that included Max’s son Jeff Gropper and his brother-in-law.
The third generation and current owners are Jeff’s son David Gropper and David’s brother-in-law Gary Shimon, who serve as president and executive vice president, respectively. Under their leadership, the company moved to a larger 1,000-square-foot showroom and design center in Brooklyn in 2016, and continues to boast increasing annual sales, including enjoying exponential growth over the past two years while rebranding the company to Renovation 4Homes INC.
“Since the establishment of the business, the guiding principle has always been complete customer satisfaction.” says Shimon. “All three generations of owners have lived, worked, and raised families in New York. This is our home too!”
“Windows and doors are our roots, and will always be the backbone of our business,” Shimon continues. “And, we have grown our breadth of offerings to provide everything a homeowner could possibly need, and continue to take pride in providing the exceptional service and premium products, across the board, that our customers have come to expect.”
