Project Operations Coordinator

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Local Time)
Compensation:

$30 – $36/hour (based on experience and availability)

The Project Operations Coordinator plays a key role in our day-to-day renovation projects. This position supports project logistics and vendor relations—handling research, order coordination, and communication with both domestic and international suppliers. You’ll help streamline material sourcing, track orders, and ensure timely deliveries so our onsite teams can focus on building and restoration work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source building materials, tools, and equipment from vendors across the U.S. and internationally;

  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, availability, and delivery timelines;

  • Place and process purchase orders and confirm payments are completed;

  • Monitor and track shipments through various delivery stages;

  • Support the project team with status updates, receipts, and inventory coordination;

  • Communicate efficiently with internal team leads and external suppliers;

  • Help maintain order records, invoices, and procurement documentation;

  • Occasionally assist in handling secure payments using approved transfer methods.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail;

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment;

  • Basic understanding of purchasing, vendor relations, or supply chain (training provided);

  • Familiarity with online research, spreadsheets, and email correspondence;

  • Trustworthy and responsible in handling time-sensitive tasks and transactions.
